This was a great book to me on leadership. It really opens my eyes to some of the thing that was keeping me from having a successful team. I was very pleased with the information, and would recommend this book to anyone who wants to build a great and successful team. It was really shocking to me reading this book and finding a lot of the things I was doing wrong with the team I was over. This is a must read!

I like the fact the book was an easy read. As a new leader I found the concepts very relevant to my experiences. Although, I have never served in the military the comparisons were very helpful and I plan to incorporate the T-I-P principles in my leadership style. I would recommend this book to anyone who want to build a stronger team.
This was a great book on leadership and I appreciated how he brought the military leadership style and concepts to the corporate world. One thing that the author never strays away from; it is about the people and their trust in him. He takes to time to explain how he gets that trust and motivates his team. The consepts are something that all leaders can use. Great book.

It's obvious there are several principles and ways of leading in the military that would transition well into the corporate world. Developing a high performing team requires an investment. This book offers practical solutions to build teams and become a more effective leader. I highly recommend this book to anyone looking to improve team performance and behavior.
